First Bridge Lending ("First Bridge," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through our careers and recruiting website (the "Site"). This Site is used solely to recruit loan origination professionals and is not used to offer or solicit any consumer loan or financial product.
When you submit the recruiting form, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, NMLS number (if applicable), primary market, years of experience, and any message you include. We may also collect limited technical data such as your IP address and basic usage information.
Our SMS program offers two separate, optional opt-ins: Marketing SMS (career opportunities and recruiting updates) and Transactional SMS (your application status and interview scheduling). If you check either box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from First Bridge Lending at the mobile number you provide for that message category. Each opt-in is independent — you may consent to one, both, or neither.
No selling or sharing of mobile opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other information-sharing categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and messaging-service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you have requested, or as required by law. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing [email protected]. Depending on your state of residence, additional privacy rights may apply.
